​CLOSED FOR THE SEASON: We are sorry to say it has come to an end for 2023.
Spring has arrived with very warm temperatures and our snowpack has held for as long as it can. Thank you everyone who has visited and supported Mt Lyford this season. We have had a great run over the last 7 weeks with plenty of clear sunny days and perfect quick snow top ups. We'll see you back up here in 2024.

Please remember  a day pass is required to access the lift facilities and all slopes at Mt Lyford. We are a small family owned and operated ski area and work very hard at keeping our unique and special mountain operating year to year.
We will ask to see your day pass for the day.

DOG POLICY: As one of New Zealand’s only ski area’s that is dog friendly, we welcome your dog to visit the snow with you. There is a dog pass that is required and rules to follow. $20 per dog per Day. DOG POLICY & RULES
